Basically, I'm obsessed with the cooking blog, For The Love of Cooking. I check it constantly and I basically want to be just like her. These are some crostinis I made from her blog for Christmas. My whole family loved them!
They're pretty simple to make. Basically you cut up a loaf of french bread (or whatever type you want) dust it with olive oil and toast it in the oven for a bit. While those are toasting caramelize some onions in a pan with olive oil and garlic. There are two different types I made, one has the caramelized onions with asiago cheese and kalamata olives and the other has the onions with gorgonzola cheese and pear slices
